"The Golden Hour" workshop includes the DIY floral kit and the prerecorded instruction video (see link to video below).  This 20-40-minute workshop was created by Ariel Argueso, an Integrative Wellness Coach and Psychotherapist (see bio here). The floral centerpiece you create will shift your home environment into a healing space. Healing spaces minimize stress, improve overall health and wellness, and bring loved ones closer together. One of the many evidence-based ways to make your home a healing space is by intentionally bringing nature into your space by adding flowers and/or plants. The warm neutral colors of this arrangement were chosen specifically to evoke a sense of peace and calm within your space.
