Ariel Argueso, LCAT, ATR-BC, INHC, is a Licensed and Board Certified Art Therapist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in NY. Ariel has a private therapy practice, a wellness coaching business, and has over 15 years of experience working within community-based non-profit settings. Passionate about overall wellness, holistic detox, self-care, and mindfulness-based work, Ariel works with individuals and groups and hosts workshops and professional development trainings. She has teamed up with Petal + Eon, as she herself is an advocate for bringing nature into her own home, including plants, flowers, and wooden decor, to cultivate a healthy and healing home environment. Ariel has worked individually with clients to design calm and clutter-free spaces in their homes and offices.
