CUSTOM KEEPSAKES: DESIGN YOUR OWN FLORALS AND JEWELRY
This is a do-it-yourself experience offered by Petal+Eon in collaboration with the Kendra Scott Flagship Store in NYC at 126 Spring Street (SOHO). While enjoying complimentary sips and sweets, your guests will customize their own unique Kendra Scott jewelry and create a Petal+Eon floral centerpiece using real, preserved flowers that last 2 years.
GROUP BONDING FOR LASTING MEMORIES
As novel do-it-yourself activities, both the Kendra Scott Color Bar™ and the Petal+Eon Flower Bar will encourage group interaction to create lasting memories and everyone will learn something new. Both activities also create wonderful photo opportunities, especially with the beautiful Kendra Scott Soho venue as a background. Plus, the jewelry and centerpiece ensure long-lasting memories and keepsakes – the best party favors ever!
LIMITED TIME EXPERIENCE: RESERVE YOUR PARTY TODAY!
Prices start as low as $45 per guest and the beautiful Kendra Scott Soho venue is complimentary. Kendra Scott is also offering a 15% discount on any in-store purchases. The Custom Keepsakes experience is perfect for groups ranging from 5 to 60 people, and you can host your event any day of the week at a variety of different times (based on availability). The Custom Keepsakes experience usually lasts ~2 hours, but you can reserve more time if desired and bring your own decorations. You can have food delivered or catered or go to any of the amazing restaurants in Soho before or afterwards. Remember, the champagne, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages AND sweets are complimentary when you book your party.

GUEST EXPERIENCE
When your guests arrive the Kendra Scott team will offer them a champagne toast and other refreshments. Then it’s time for meet-and-greet and for exploring the beautiful Soho venue time and Kendra Scott jewelry. You can have assigned seating or let your guests choose their seat. Next, it’s time for the Color Bar™!
KENDRA SCOTT COLOR BAR™
What will your guests experience during the Kendra Scott Color Bar™? A Kendra Scott employee will run the Color Bar™ where your guests will customize their own Kendra Scott jewelry choosing their own style, metal and stone. As the organizer, you will decide in advance whether to offer the choice of necklaces, earrings or bracelets. Based on your aesthetic and budget, you will customize the options in advance. The Color Bar™ usually lasts less than 30 minutes.
The Color Bar™ includes almost ANY Color Bar™ piece, including most necklaces, earrings, and bracelets in multiple stone sizes and shapes. The most popular item is the Elisa Necklace. The only stone excluded is the OPAL stone in all of its colors. The Color Bar™ Website Mainpage provides detailed information on the overall Color Bar™ experience.
After the Color Bar™, it’s time for the Flower Bar!
PETAL+EON FLOWER BAR
What will your guests experience during the Flower Bar? The Petal+Eon team will place a do-it-yourself floral kit at each table including a flower vase and a curated selection of roses, hydrangea, lavender, eucalyptus, baby’s breath, bunny tails and numerous additional flowers. All the flowers are REAL flowers preserved to look and feel like fresh flowers for 2 years. These luxury flowers cost 4X more than fresh flowers. The Petal+Eon team will provide live instruction and guide your guests on placing the “Thrillers, Spillers and Fillers.” It’s fun and easy for ages 6+ with no skill required. The Flower Bar will last ~45 minutes with time for photos.
FOOD, BEVERAGE, AND DECORATIONS
You will likely want your guests to eat before or after the event. You can have food catered or delivered to the Kendra Scott Soho store or we can recommend wonderful nearby restaurants at varying price points. You are also welcome to bring additional decorations, photos, or party favors to make the experience more personal.
THE PARTY
Yes, there will be time for speeches and games and any other desired activities. Just let us know your preference so we can schedule the right amount of time and space needed.
