The registration deadline for this workshop has passed - BUT Jade will be scheduling another one in May, so stay tuned!  Join our email subscription to be the first to know.

During this 1-hour workshop, you will create a floral arrangement featuring many types of REAL flowers that last 1-2 years AND learn how to “grow a healthful garden” to manage STRESS.  The floral design tips our florist will share will help you create an ECO-FRIENDLY arrangement that will never need water or maintenance – no skill required.  The coping skills that Jade Giffin will identify will help you manage stress by “planting a garden” to maximize mind and body health.  We will ship you the supplies (free shipping), and on the day of the workshop we will email you a Zoom login code.

Date & Time:  Wednesday, April 29th at 6 pm EST

How this workshop will help you cope with STRESS:  Using the grounding healing principles of interacting with nature through floral arranging, we will explore the valuable metaphors of planting our garden to maximize mind and body health. This includes consideration of how we hold stress and tension in our bodies. Workshop participants will be provided with applicable ergonomic tips pertaining to optimal posture to apply during the floral event and beyond from Jade’s most current work with award winning boutique clinic Flex Physical Therapy.

Included: 3 preserved roses, a curated selection of preserved, decorative filler flowers (all eco-friendly), and the flower vase you select (see sample images, below).

Register for a workshop at least 6 days in advance.  If you skip or miss the workshop, you can reschedule.  Petal+Eon ships anywhere in the U.S. and all sales are final.
