2020.3.18 - Mindful Art & Flower Bar over lunch on Wednesday, March 18th from 12:15-1:30pm in Union Square
POSTPONED DUE TO VIRUS. Any purchases can be refunded or rescheduled. We will reschedule asap
Come unwind, mingle, eat your lunch, and reignite your creativity in a wellness and self care workshop led by a seasoned Creative Arts Therapist. In addition to designing an eco-friendly floral arrangement that will last 1-2 years with many types of preserved flowers, you will also create a mandala using the same flowers. Known for their calming and centering effect, mandalas--the Sanskrit word for “circle,” or “completion”--represent wholeness and often contain spiritual significance across various belief systems. Mindful art-making can increase self-awareness, feelings of relaxation and safety, and encourage a contemplative meditative practice. Please join us!
